Staying connected with the place that gave you a chance to learn and discover yourself is refreshing and fulfilling. You can see the world from outside, but your heart always stays connected to what happens inside those institutions. The bonds that you build while studying and the friendships that you experience, become even more important as time passes.

Having an Alumni association helps in staying connected; it will help you in relieving some of your most precious memories. You can have great professional relations with your peers who have reached somewhere important in their careers. However, there are certain benefits that are beyond personal gains, like support for juniors, networking of experts, sharing experiences and best practices , reliving beautiful memories, reconnecting with old friends, links with job markets and scholarship opportunities for students.

Our College has produced leaders in every field of human endeavour. We cannot forget the times we have spent on our campus and the role that the university has played in shaping who we are today. Alumni Post Graduate Government College has been established with the aim of strengthening and deepening the relationship amongst the alumni. The alumni association intends to give back to society and our alma mater. Recognising the hurdles, some bright students may face, the Alumni Association’s core mission is to give wings to the dreams of such bright students whom destiny hasn’t supported.

I express my gratitude to all those members who have contributed their valuable time in forming the Alumni Association. The Alumni are a role model and a guiding force for their Alma Mater.

I strongly believe that this knowledge sharing platform would mould our students and prepare them to readily face the challenges of the outside world. It is no secret that one of the primary purpose of the Alumni Association is to engage with their Alumni to meet various objectives conceived while forming the association. Glossing over the achievements of the alumni means not only reminding them of the wonderful moments spent at the campus but giving them an insight into how there involvement would impact the future of their Alma Mater and its students.

I would encourage the “Alumni” of this college to join the Alumni Association and maintain a healthy rapport among us for a lifetime.You will not only feel a stronger connect to your Alma Mater but will also make some great friends along the way.
